Abstract Submissions

• Abstract competition submission deadline (e.g., to be considered for a Travel Award, oral talks, and speed posters): November 8^th, 2024
• Notifications of competition results: Late December/early January, 2025
• Late-breaking abstract submission deadline: January 31^st, 2025
• Notifications of late-breaking abstract submission success: Early March 2025

Registration

• Registration opens: October 30, 2024
• Early bird Deadline is January 15, 2025
• Final registration deadline is: March 20, 2025
• Room booking deadline is Thursday, March 13th, 2025 (information regarding hotels is under Book Your Travel)
• Expense claim submissions due: June 30, 2025
