This year’s Summit4CI will take place at the Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto, Ontario. Located in downtown Toronto, in the heart of the revitalized waterfront district, The Westin Harbour Castle offers direct access to many of Toronto's most noteworthy sites and attractions, including Rogers Centre, Scotiabank Arena, CN Tower and Exhibition Place. Find your balance in our Westin WORKOUT Fitness Studio, which offers yoga classes and a running concierge, then refuel in our hotel's dining destinations. The hotel has over 70,000-square-feet of convention space, including the 25,000-square-foot Metropolitan Ballroom.
Accommodation
A block of guest rooms has been reserved at discounted group rates at the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel. Traditional Guestrooms (2 double beds ONLY) in the North Tower are $299 and Premium Lakeview rooms in the South Tower are $329 per night plus taxes for single/double occupancy. Rooms are subject to standard federal and provincial taxes.
Discounted group rates will also be offered three (3) days ‘pre’ and three days (3) ‘post’ the Summit dates, based on hotel availability.
Additional Room Occupants: Maximum occupancy is 4 per room. Rates provided are for double occupancy. Each extra person beyond double occupancy sharing a Traditional or Premium guestroom will be charged an additional $20.00 per night.

Individuals need to state that they are with BioCanRx 2025 Summit for Cancer Immunotherapy Apr2025 or simply quoting the group code 'BOC' to receive special Customer rates. A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each guest’s reservation at the time of reservation. Full refund of this deposit will be given to cancellations received until 72 hours prior to arrival. For cancellations received within 72 hours of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

Transportation
Getting here
As Canada’s hub of international travel and passenger traffic, Toronto is conveniently served by daily and direct flights from dozens of U.S. and international cities aboard regional, national and global air carriers. Toronto has two international airports – Toronto Pearson Airport (YYZ) and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ).
Toronto is also accessible by VIA Rail train from major surrounding cities. Toronto’s Union station is well located in downtown Toronto and very close to the Summit for Cancer Immunotherapy venue (Westin Harbour Castle). From Union station several destinations are accessible by foot or by public transit.
